Professional, polite, and capable. I brought in two old longguns and a tiny pistol from Germany of obscure caliber. Knapp did excellent work on all three, to include reassembly of the pistol, for a great price and quicker than the timeline he estimated. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
