I'm standing in line for a couple min then some guy walks up behind me and the cashier starts to help him while im standing right in front of her and the other customer. She laughed when I walked out. Totally disrespectful and unprofessional. Pretty sure it was to do with the color of my skin.

Employee named Misty was in her vehicle smoking a cigarette, got out, and asked if I was "going right to the counter" or not. I should have said yes because after getting my stuff I had to stand and wait for her to come in and then hear her apologize for "having so many tasks to do." I imagine the tasks would get done more effectively without standing outside having a cigarette.

The pumps never work- I live less than a mile away and always regret when I stop. I go out of my way to avoid this place. When they do work, they pump so slow it takes 30 min just to fill up. Inside is a mess too!

Went to the KWIK shop at Webb and 21st at 730 on Saturday the 18th and the girl was extremely rude, acted upset I was there and kept complaining about working. Get better employees

Staff is friendly, but I’ve NEVER ONCE been able to get the pump to accept my payment. It always sends me inside to pay which is a huge inconvenience when you’re in a rush. This is the closest gas station to where I live, and I’ve stopped by for gas a handful of times over the course of several years and have never had luck paying at the pump. I’m going to continue to avoid this gas station.

Twice in the last 30 days I have tried to purchase a posted special,in two different stores and neither were honored. The first instance was at the Haven Kansas location. There was a display with a sign that indicated that you got a free drink with the purchase of a snickers bar. When it rang up it did not calculate the difference. I was told I could return the snickers bar, that I had pulled off of the signed display right next to the cashier for a refund or pay full price. In that instance I kept the snickers bar. This morning at the maize Kansas location there was a sign on the fountain drink machine that indicated a free drink with the purchase of a package of Cheezit cheese puff between 2-4.5 oz I verified the product that I chose with the cashier before purchase. We looked at the sign together. It was not reflected in the price when it rang up and the only option I was presented with was to not purchase the Cheezits or pay full price. I declined the purchase. The cashier suggested that I had somehow chosen a purchase that did not qualify, despite the fact that we verified the choice together. She indicated that the problem was not her responsibility

At these times, a middle-aged blonde woman is very angry, she kicked me out because I said hello and treated me with racism. I don't know what the reasons for that are. This woman should be fired immediately.
