I live right down the street and hate coming here! Terrible customer service, I asked the cashier if he could break a 20 for me and he told me he didn’t have change, the man behind me had cash and what do you know he had change. I went and but a drink looking this man in the eye the whole time he did not acknowledge me and he was able to provide me all my Change. I won’t be back and I live half a mile away, the gas pumps never work either.

If I could give it one star I would! The most worthless place to stop in Wichita! Have gone here twice months apart and both times you cannot pay at the pump second time you couldn't pay with debit card at all even inside! Don't waste your time keep going!

You couldn't design a worse interaction at the pump. Feels like you're on a prank TV show and the pump will never give you gas.

Easily the worst gas station on this side of town. Pumps never work right, are extremely slow, and literally 8/10 times the card readers don’t work. Worth going a mile out of your way to avoid it.

Gas pumps either won’t take my Dillons card or the credit card doesn’t work. The service is terrible. They have a line of customers with only one cashier while other employees cook food or put things away and won’t take a minute to help out. I hate this place I will drive a mile out of the way not to go there.

I'm a runner \\u0026 was out in need of more water for my hydration pack. I stopped in \\u0026 Jamie was very friendly. They let me fill up water from the fountain \\u0026 were so nice to me. I will definitely be back to shop because of the excellent customer service. I hope Jamie is training people! Such a bright attitude \\u0026 very welcoming. I have stopped at many gas stations in/out of town \\u0026 was received the best at this one.

It's a gas station, and most people need gas, and there is gas here. However, this location has not accepted Dillons fuel points in the last year, half the pumps are out of order, and the half that aren't won't accept card half the time anyway. As far as amenities go, most of the hot foods are usually out of stock, and what they do have looks old. Though this is by far the most convenient gas station for me, I try to avoid it.

None of the pumps would take cards, so there was a line of people waiting to pay inside, AFTER we had tried to pay outside, because even though the employee admitted the pumps have not been taking cards for days, they had not bothered to put signs on the pumps saying you need to pay inside. They just let you waste your time and find out the hard way.

Trying to fill up my car and the pump stops at $35 and says authorized amount has been met. I start again and it AGAIN stops at $35 stating the same thing. Add this to the pumps not wanting to take the Dillions points randomly and the broke pumps. Not worth my time

Friendly service and helpful! Great place to stop for gas, goods, and a nice and friendly conversation. Especially for older women who shop late at night. Safe! Derek and Damon on the late night shift are the best! Thank you fir the best customer service ever! Love you guys! Give these gentleman a raise!!!!! They deserve it!

Brandon & Peerlus are the two angels on the cash register 815 Thursday night March 10, 2022. All former comments about the horrible condition that management keeps this busy store in are absolutely true and we’re it not for these two gentlemen I would never go back again. My car broke down and as I gassed my car in the 2 inch snow I had locked my purse and my walking cane and my cell phone in the car as I put my gas in my tank I filled it up and my battery was dead and my key fob I had to walk with a cane inside and beg their help. They took turns working the registry and the inside of the store as they went out in the snow got into my car and brought in my purse and my cell phone so I could call the sales manager at Hyundai. they offered to bring me a chair to sit in while I waited for Hyundai to come from clear out on 127th St. at the store had already closed out there. I tipped the two they did not want to take it and I said I am leaving it on the counter I want the two of you to split it and I did that please commend both of them it’s terrible that they have to take the complaints on everything that management should fix they deserve a bonus for sure. Thank you Brandon & Peerlus for helping this 82 year old woman.
