I literally go out of my way to avoid this gas station but it is the closest to me several times a month so it’s extremely inconvenient, hence the review. The receipts are ALWAYS inaccessible at the pump. How hard is it to load receipt paper? The pumps give me the hardest time using credit cards, and often- they’ll put a hold on your card for some obscene amount before you ever even pump gas and then decline it if you have to start the process over because the hold is there. It is never a simple process. Hate this gas station.

Rolled up for fuel — get out and notice the pump is bagged for out of service. Uggh. Roll over to another pump — the PIN pad doesn’t work. Big red X on the screen. I didn’t feel like playing musical pumps so I just left …. Wasn’t that long ago I attempted to get something from the store and a sign on the door said they were closed for some reason or another.

This place has fallen off hard in the past few months. Although it is close to WSU, the crowd that makes it here are why we cannot have nice things. Staff are apologetic.
Bathrooms are locked and KwikShop corporate added drug sensors, and they lock the bathrooms for three hours after drugs are sensed. Sucks for us delivery drivers in ‘desert’ areas.
Also, all of the hyperfreezes and almost half the soft drink flavors were out. This is 3 PM on a Tuesday. See picture.
Mass deportations and enforced laws needed yesterday.

The pumps don’t read cards and just bend the hell out of your card. Gas starts coming out the nozzle as soon as it’s finally paid. The homeless people outside are chill at least

Probably the worst Kwick Shop you can try to get gas at off campus. Half the pumps don't work and will try to steal your card.

Dirty, all the fountain drinks were empty. It was all carbonated water. No flavored syrups. Cashier was rude. No AC inside so it was super hot.
