The lab technician was great. I found the building, but had a hard time finding the lab.

The lady there is super rude!! The wait time is really long. She is typically there by herself with no front desk help or a second phlebotomist and she is rude about being the only one there go to any other location unless you have a lot of time on your hands to sit and wait.
