Horribly slow . No rush or really care at All to get people moving. Be prepared to wait.

I wish I can give ZERO stars but that sadly isn't an option. On 1.25.19 around noon, my brother had to get his blood drawn. There weren't any visible signs to the building, so he was confused. As he entered the building, there wasn't anyone there to greet him. A lady in scrubs came from a room to greet him. He asked her if he was at the right place and she rudely responded “that's what the door saysâ€. Taken aback, he was just appalled and said okay. He's never been here, he's 19 so he was confused on the process and simply just needed directions. Asking her what to do next, she said with an attitude “there's an iPad right there you can fill out and I'll be with youâ€. Working with patients, bedside manner is very important. You want to be welcoming and make your patients comfortable. She had on scrubs so he was nervous she'd be the one to draw his blood and sure enough, she was. To make someone feel incompetent and to have such a bad attitude towards your patient isn't something your practice should be proud of. I get everyone has bad days but to take it out on a patient and to be rude to them is unacceptable. Period.

Great location! We do all our drug testing here and they are always so helpful and polite!

The lady who took me back to do the drug test was very rude and belligerent. Not sure what her problem was but I don't need the attitude. Just about every 30 seconds she was at the door bugging me. Like. Let me do my business without being harassed by an audience.... And after I came back the lady began badmouthing me to the other employee thinking I'm stupid and can't hear. Seriously. Grow up
