“Ok this is the first time having anyone do my laundry. Due to a fall I took breaking my wrist, I must say these people are my go to. They did an excellent job and the delivery people are so nice, I will be using them again and just may become a regular. It sure beats sitting in a laundromat by all means. “Very nice clean Laundromat. Only things that need major improvement are, the driveway needs driveway markers with reflectors.Almost impossible to see driveway at night and the large laundromat sign out front, hard to tell what the business is, at night, because almost all of the internal light bulbs are burned out or the ballast/starter, for the light are bad.”
“Owner is extremely helpful and hands on with his business, friendly and provides excellent prompt service. The brand new staff is great with good customer service. This is the only place in Wichita that I use to wash. The machines work great especially the new dryers they have installed new dryers. Great experience”
“*I’m editing this review because new ownership is owning up to previous owners poor service practices and is working really hard to improve both customer service and service in general. I’ve given them a second chance with the new personnel, and they are working very hard to get it right. I urge anyone who may have used them in the past to try again. I’ve been pleasantly surprised and very happy with their turnaround.
Previous review- This place has went downhill fast. Crooked lines in pants, shirts that you can’t even tell have been pressed, and the worst customer service ever. The guy that works in this place could care less and mumbles smart comments. I don’t know who runs this place but that guy needs to go!”

“Showed up on a Friday evening at around 8:20pm. Thankfully a lady came out and told us they close in 10min. Their time on here indicates midnight. When I told her that, she told us that’s old info and kind of scoffed at us. Their door on the backside doesn’t even have a time when last wash is. It has “Last Wash” and then no time indicated. Kind of a complete waste of time for us. They are clean but they need to be proactive and update their info, especially if the information online is THAT old. She was quick in running out and telling us they were closing in 10min while we were unloading our vehicle though. They should be that quick to update their info online/on all doors. No days online indicate that they close at 8:30pm. Also, there is no ATM here.”
