Ok this is the first time having anyone do my laundry. Due to a fall I took breaking my wrist, I must say these people are my go to. They did an excellent job and the delivery people are so nice, I will be using them again and just may become a regular. It sure beats sitting in a laundromat by all means. I would recommend this service to anyone. Thank you Laundry Express you are definitely appreciated.

I recently had a pair of slacks missing. I called and they were very diligent about finding them. The slacks are stretchy and go over a leg brace. They found them, rewashed the slacks and returned them. This is great customer service that I greatly appreciate. Thank you!!!!!

Due to a medical emergency, I had a white sweater that had severe damage from blood. Despite telling them I would understand if they could not get the damage out, staff went above and beyond and somehow got it looking brand new again! That, and they are quite punctual, and courteous, and just a Godsend for people who need their service.

This place is the cleanest laundromat in Wichita and it's been open for over a year and it's as clean as it was from day one. The machines are amazing and very well taken care of. The customer service, even with a lot of turn over has been the best. The dryers are $150 for 30 minutes and they dry a large load easily. The bathroom is always clean and smarlls nice and the snacks are very reasonably priced. They have a good selection of detergents and everything else you need for laundry and if you forget your hangers they have the temporary ones 20 for a dollar or something like that and a lot of times they have some they just give you. If you have them do your laundry it will be perfect and wrapped in Saran Wrap folded like a new package. The only price difference from other laundry places is the dryers and to have a large load completely dry in 30 minutes is worth it to me. No matter where at in Wichita you live if you want a place you don't have to worry about getting cooties you will actually enjoy doing the laundry as much as possible there!!!

Using this service has been AMAZING! They have great comminication when they are arriving to pick up, after they've picked up, when your laundry is on its way back home and when it's been dropped off, with a picture included. The app to place the order is super user friendly. This has freed up a lot of time and effort and is well, well worth it. I literally set my laundry outside my door in a very large red, reuseable duffel bag and is returned to my door again, clean, folded, organized in the same red bag.
