On 9-10-2024, I was turned away when trying to open a certificate of deposit at the Central and Tyler Branch in Wichita, KS. I had just renewed my Kansas driver's license and they would not accept my Kansas government issued paper. I showed my hard copy of my driver's license, a utility bill and that was still not good enough. I can't imagine a bank turning away a deposit, but Legacy Bank does. I took my check book to another bank that gladly took my deposit.

Absolutely the WORST customer service each and every time I am here. The tellers are rude beyond belief and apparently the East branch is exempt from the mask mandate. We have 3 business accounts and Can’t wait to switch banks it will be happening very soon.

We have our personal account and our business account through Legacy and they're always so friendly when we come in, they send us hand written holiday and thank you cards and we know they appreciate us banking with them.
