This place needs better staff all around, from giving our pizza away too the wait of 30 minutes. When trying to call ahead they dont answer the phone. The people inside dont care when they make people wait and do not care that they care they dont answer the phone. The lady that walked in ahead of me said "you guys should answer the phone" the man replied "I don't have time for your complaining" the lady was highly upset as am I. It is not professional and it is highly unlikely that they will be seeing any more business from me. If you are thinking about ordering a pizza from here you might as well drive to another Little Ceasars this one is trash!

Absolutely horrible customer service shown by the manager. I paid for a marinara online with my order when I came in to pick up my order from the machine my marinara wasn't in there so I kindly asked can I get my marinara and she walks over rudely grabs my pizza looks at the order and then grabbed the marinara and threw it at me and walked off. This lady does not need to be in customer service they pay no respect to any customer every time I'm in there I've seen it she's rude and is only nice to certain customers. All the employees walk around and disregard the customers and pay them no attention and every time I'm in there they're trying to close 15 minutes early It's just horrible and I won't be going there anymore.

Our pizza was burned and had squished sideways to side of box - when we took a bite it was way chewier than pizza should be - glad it was only a $5 cuz 90% is in the trashUpdate - 5 yrs later… worst employees ever!!! I’m sorry but if you are too busy for customers in a job where your soul job is customers then - after three shots over 5 years - you permanently have one less… and for god sake WEAR GLOVES!!!

I haven’t left a bad review ever to a company before tonight. Ordered bread sticks and a half pizza half cheese bread. The bread sticks were burnt and the cheese bread was completely flat and hard. Had it doordashed and it was cold, which I’m sure wasn’t Lil Caesar’s fault. I drive it back myself to either get a refund or a new one made. The bad review comes from how the manager handled the situation completely escalating the whole conversation and kept repeating “I ain’t arguing with no doordash driver” “I don’t talk to doordash drivers” (I’m not a delivery driver not that it matters) 3 gentlemen came up from the back to continue to instigate the situation. As they surround me they brought my race into the situation and called me things I can’t say. Followed me out to my car while continuously saying the same insult over and over. All this because I wasn’t satisfied with my cold hard pizza and bread totally a massive 17$ order. Do not go here! Ignorance isn’t always bliss.

I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni and I don't like to make a fuss but I expected my pizza to be what I paid for. Also, I ordered an Italian cheesy bread, you skimped out on the cheese. For that, I could've just ordered the bread sticks.

Good prices and tastefully ( depending on who baked the pizza perfectly). Sad for homeless people sitting on the floor outside sometimes.Parking: Be careful the cars move out or in. Little narrow parking and confusing exits without the sign poles(enter & out).

The employees here are always rude and never helpful, they take their time to do anything will be on their personal phone doing nothing while they have people waiting to order. The lady, I guess I can’t call her that cus she definitely don’t act like a lady but anyways, she works in the front and she always is annoyed that you’re even there. They never have hot and ready to go, even when there isn’t a line. There should be zero start options because that’s what they would get

They are always “backed up” on orders but aren’t you supposed to have ready made pizzas! Do better! And to top it off the 2nd delivery driver forgets my wings and tells me to check the box

I was waiting inside for 7 minutes waiting for someone to at least come to the register to take my order but there was no one (literally) in the store. When the workers did come in instead of apologizing for the delay a female worker tells me when I try to order to "shut up, u can wait longer" & goes about eating her own pizza. I just walked out & I REFUSE to eat there again because of their disrespectful attitude when all I wanted was a pizza for my children.

The food is ok. The service could use some grammatical help. The atmosphere, sub par for the area. Unfortunately my 3 year old loves the “orange pizza” for the time being. Do better or at least hire better please.
