Waited in the drive through for almost 30 minutes, none of the employees poked their head out to tell me anything. Just stuck waiting because I paid for it and when I said something to the employee at the window she said "ok? Anything else I can get you" poor customer service.

I tried for the 1st me and my daughter she got the nuggets the chicken all in all they weren't bad. She said she'd get them again. So that's was a plus. I tried the 4 piece chicken original wasn't bad either. Would I go back no doubt. The only issue we both had was the floor it was very very sticky. Other than that the hospitality was a 10 Looking forward to more of the menu

I really wanted a fish and shrimp Po-Boy so I went to Louisiana Chicken. Service was a little slow but the sandwich was worth every minute I waited. Well seasoned crispy catfish, nice big crunchy shrimp, lettuce, pickle, tomatoes and remoulade sauce on French bread and the red beans and rice were perfect! Just wish the side was a little bigger. All in all, 10/10 will go again.

Last time I went there my food was disgusting. The gravy on my mashed potatoes looked like it had been sitting out for hours. I also waited 30mins in line for food.

I went through the drive through and ordered from family meals the 8 piece chicken which showed $18 and some change w an extra side of fried okra. When I got to the window my total was $34. I asked about the price and was told the 8 piece is 25.99 and when I checked the receipt I was charged 28.99. They showed me another menu with the 25.99 price and stated none of their prices have been updated. I asked for my money back multiple times and they eventually gave it back to me. I just think it's wrong to have multiple different prices everywhere and still charge you different price. I used to like Louisiana and maybe I would have paid $30 for 8 piece w 2 large sides and biscuits but I'm not a fan of new ownership and how they just charge you whatever they want and can't properly back up their own pricing. Be aware of pricing when you go here.Plus they took away from the whole franchise. Apparently now you can go inside and play slot machines, grocery shop, buy cigarettes, or purchase Indian food. Louisiana is FRIED CHICKEN. Used to be such a great place with reasonable prices and fresh food.

I haven't ordered from here, but took some Uber Eats deliveries from here on Christmas day. Just want to give a shout out to the staff for handling the chaos amazingly. They did an awesome job. Food looked fire and I plan to give them my business in the future.
