Recently purchased a smoker from the west side ridge road lowes. After having multiple troubling experiences with the derby lowes assembly and delivery team, I went back to the west side lowes for help. Manager Bill listened to my concerns and took it upon himself to correct the mistakes that the derby lowes had made multiple times. If it was not for Bill as well as his associate in lawn and garden who was a fire fighter. I definitely would have taken my business elsewhere. I will forever only shop at the west side ridge road lowes!

Tell me why I waited over an hour to get my paint. 6 other people walked up got their paint mixed and left before the lady ever bothered getting my paint out of the mixer. She forgot where she even put it, walked around in circles for 10 minutes and tried to give us someone else's paint not once but twice. Her name was janelle or somthing like that. 03/14/25 we got there at 11:30 and left at 12:57pm all we needed was paint... very annoying situation.

They wouldn’t let me exchange some plywood because they claim they do not do exchanges but online it states they do. I had my receipt. Spoke to a manager on the phone and she said they dont do exchanges. Will not be back. I started remolding my home so ill be going to Home Depot.

I had a terrible experience here today. After I exchanged an item, PAID for it and had my receipt in hand. I left the store and was followed into the parking lot being recorded by an employee and accused of stealing. I was harassed and will not shop here again. Such an awful experience. Think twice before shopping here.
Update as of 1/26/25: I called customer service and haven’t received a response back from management about my experience.

Don't sign up for the $200 gift card drawing at the front of the store. Now I have salespeople calling me from random places that Lowes gave my information to. Invasion of privacy and unprofessional.

I am so upset! We just spent $57! On a propane tank, to be told that they don't fill them?!? So then we have to spend another $21 to exchange the propane tank for a full one?!? What a flipping rip off!!! $71 for a full propane tank?!? Lowe's Home Improvement fix it please!

Big box home improvement store many items available at reasonable prices. Lots of contractors and improvement gurus here.
Staff can usually be seen however very seldom helpful. In fact if anyone acknowledges you, that's almost a minor miracle. -- staff up at the Maize store are more helpful and friendly.
Easy to see from the road and very strong free Wi-Fi.
They have recently rearranged, so be sure and look for signage to find what you need
