UPDATE: 02/04/25 ☆☆☆ Did an online curbside pickup order (I messed up my knee and back a few days ago..First, the positives, they had everything I needed, it was ready relatively quickly (only 3 items), the girl that bought it to my car was very nice (that's a vast change from previous experiences with the old bat inside at customer service! )...now the negatives the curbside pick up spaces were full of carts or unattended vehicles from people going into the store. Clearly, they don't understand that they don't park and go into the store in those spots. I had to wait for someone to leave in order to park.
UPDATE: 11/12/24 ☆ Still absolutely horrible. Rude people. Made me feel like I was a criminal. I tried to return two sink stoppers (New, not even opened), but I couldn't find the receipt, so I even said ok I'll even do store credit.. nope, wouldn't give me ANYTHING. I was just in a few weeks ago and bought $400 worth of stuff. I'm DONE with this shit ass store. Going to Home Depot,,Ace or Menards from now on..Maybe even cancel my Lowes card.
First visit: Staff 0 help...I called the store TWICE before I went over, Got put on hold twice for 10-15 min each time and no one answered my question or the department didn't pick up. I got there an hour before they closed. Asked a guy where the Shop Vacs were he said asile 17..I get down there no one around to help me find what I needed..asked a guy in the doors if there was anyone that could help me, he said yeah just give me a second (he did have a woman in the doors).. I waited 15 minutes no one came. I have up and left..good thing too... 0 people on registers, and a cluster at the self check out (which I detest, if I wanted to do that job I'd get a job there! Stores should give a discount if we have to do everything ourselves!) Something that I should have been easy for me to run in and grab with plenty of time to spare took me havingto go to Home Depot to get. Service was just as bad there, but at leastI found what I needed. Be prepared to spend time looking for what you need because no one cares enough to help.

Great curbside pick up experience. I put the order right before I got in my car and by the time I got to the store it was ready to be loaded in my car

I walked down every isle twice and FINALLY someone asked if they could help me after all the workers look the other way when I passed them. Got what I needed finally. Still prefer the derby location the most

Bought and paid for a garage door opener and installation. Was informed that Handyman services would contact me about the installation appointment. I get a text from Angi's, not Handyman, for one week out at 11 am. The night before the appointment I get a text from Angi's asking what the problem with the garage door is. I would think the service techs would be told what job they are supposed to do. But when everything is being done out of Elkhart Maryland, you can't expect your service technician to know what job he is supposed to perform. I didn't even need to worry the technician wasn't informed of what he would be doing because the morning of the appointment I get a text from Maryland saying there's a problem and I'd been cancelled and rescheduled for 7pm thanksgiving evening. I had to start calling Lowes trying to find out what craziness this is. As it stands now I'm out 2 days of a 4 day week hoping that someone will show up to do the work I've paid for. As of now I have another appointment for installation on Friday. This making me sit around waiting for a service call that the technician doesn't even know what job he supposed to perform. Not a good example of customer service.

Get it together!!! You have dozens of employees walking around Wich are very helpful. But why is it so difficult to find the price of wood in this store? Nothing is marked correctly if it's marked at all

I'm a pro customer and I have a small business. And why on earth would I have to go to homedepot to get. A quote and waste my time to drive all the way back to lowes to have them give me that price ? I don't think so if I'm stopping to go to home depot to get better deal quote I'm going to buy my material from them .lowes has the best deals or shoukd say had now me and my investers are taking our buessness to homedepot..we're we can get a quote and then get mark downs all in 1place..just don't make sense to me lowes come on I've always bragged about lowes to every one now .I can't no more.

I went in to get an oven. Found one. Talked to the salesman, made sure they could install it. Delivery came today and guess what? They don't install. I refused delivery and called to get my money refunded. They said they did it. They refunded less then 950 of a 1102 dollar purchase. So not only am I put a days pay to wait for them to come they also decided to keep 150 dollars of MY money.

Can usually find what I'm looking for here. It helps that every aisle is marked!
