I’m disappointed that while shopping at the Wichita Store, I was told I wasn’t able to use the bathroom. I shop often at Lulu and was baffled at the lack of customer service when it came to using the bathroom. Thank goodness Potty barn is kind and allowed us to use their bathroom.

Leidi was so helpful to me, 10/10 on her customer service skills. Phone etiquette was top tier you can't fake that type of genuine niceness! You go girl!

If I can give 0 stars I would. My mom and I stopped in yesterday and automatically we were being starred at like we are some animals. But yet when a white person comes in after us it’s all hands on deck trying to help them. They probably thought we weren’t going to buy anything. We did buy a couple things and I told my mom I’m not coming back here ever again.

my husband went to the store to purchase some larger size leggings now that i’m farther along in pregnancy. He was in the store not even 2 minutes before getting kicked out, because he was making the others uncomfortable. I understand but being hispanic and having tattoos should not be prejudged. Will never shop there again very prejudice against hispanic men. 0 stars

If i could rank a lower score i could , every single time i enter lululemon , I am never once acknowledged when 100% i’m buying multiple products each time. Never once asked if i needed help or assistance with anything but once a caucasian woman walks in they’re all hands on deck. I would say do better in training but do better in life cause at the end of the day it’s athletic wear that’s subpar that’s only good for the name.

Bad costumer service and return policy. Noted a stain after purchase but they refused to return indicating that it was worn for few minutes.

Just had the best experience ever, Bethany and Tatum were awesome. They help my son get some nice clothes. I would highly recommend seeing those two. Keep up the great work ladies.

I had a little incident happen and I needed some guidance on what I should do about it, so I called and spoke to Olivia, and she was so helpful. I made it into the store and she helped me again, she was very kind! Wanted to make sure she gets the credit she deserves!?

One thing you can count on at this location is the workers being slightly annoying. You’d think they are making commission. Also, I’ve been to locations with better selections.

I really appreciated the staff here. I walked in and was immediately greeted warmly and asked what I was looking for. The staff set me up with a variety of leggings and sizes (I wasn't exactly sure what size I would be in this brand). They encouraged me to "fashion show" for them and helped me talk through my concerns and what I required for my activity level. These guys are top-notch! They really made me feel special and went above and beyond to help!
