Just shopped here twice and both times were able to find what we needed. The clothes are being shuffled around but not being rearranged neatly.

I actually use to love shopping here! they had such cute clothing and every time I shopped here the store was always cleaned and well organized but something that never failed to ruin my experience was up front when I will get checked out the cashiers repeatedly would ask me the entire time while ringing me up if I’d like to apply for their tjx card. I know this has nothing to do with the associates and it’s required for them to ask and “persuade” the customers to apply for one but it comes off as forceful in a way, I should not feel guilt tripped because I denied a tjx card, I’ve actually spoken with other customers and they always feel the same way I would definitely feel less annoyed if they just asked once and took no for an answer without asking over and over and again.

Check your receipts before leaving the store!!! Recently I’ve found extra charges on my receipt for things I didn’t buy and that weren’t in my bag.

I like the quality of items Marshalls has compared to Ross. The store always seems cleaner and the clothes seem to be a higher quality. The hair care products are high end and some I’ve never heard of. You can even get make up here!

Michael the manager is horrible with customer service. He makes up his own policy’s on returns. The store out west is fair and does not make returns difficult just because they have the power to. Michael is a power tyrant and is not there to help customers but to make up his own unfair rules and ruin people’s day.

Love Marshall's! Great clothes and other items for great prices. The store was neat and tidy. The employees are always nice. The atmosphere is welcoming for a nice shopping experience.

I have shopped at this Marshall's in the past. I was always pleased with the available merchandise. However, this time, certain items were scarce. The shoes were not stocked as well as expected. But as always, there is plenty of clearance in the cosmetic area. A true overabundance in this specific area of the store. I only wish some of the other departments were overflowing with markdowns. Maybe as stock comes in, they will continue to take markdowns. Regardless, this store is always neat and clean. The employees are always professional and helpful. There is another Marshall's in west Wichita, located in New Market Square. Maybe I'll venture out to this next time.
