I loathe this place it’s always a mess can’t find anything your looking for I’ve been to different stores and yes it’s Christmas but you can’t even get down the aisle they have so much stuff everywhere

I hve been to this store 2 times in December and both times the store is a hot mess. Shoes are not organized by size and the store is an actual pit. Supposedly, there is a new store manager. My suggestion, dont do a store set in the middle of December and find a new store manager. Up till recently, the store has always been clean and organized. Not going back, Ill drive to the East side of Wichita.

This store is in need of some major deep cleaning and staff support. Looks like shoplifting is a major problem at this location judging by the popped tags all over the store.

This is the marshals I grew up going to. I always make the drive an hour and a half from where I live just to shop at this marshals. Today when I came in i sprayed a perfume on my wrist to spell it then proceeded to put it in my cart. After I put it in my cart one of the worker lady’s yells not to spray the perfumes I replied that I was buying and she proceeded to say I don’t care it’s policy. When I looked over at her I noticed 3 other workers putting clothes away but they were sitting on the floor (very unprofessional to be sitting on the job) she started whispering to the other girls. I felt a sick feeling after that and when I went to the checkout I noticed only one cashier and a huge line the cashier tried to call for help but nobody came for a good 10 minutes finally one of the girls that was sitting on the floor came up to check us out she was very rude and when I asked her if I can speak to a manager she scuffed and I explained why calmly and she said yes and called for him over he came over and was very kind but didn’t take much action on the situation. I will not ever come back unfortunately this was really upsetting. And to the lady who yelled at us you should learn to be more kind to people.

It is so hard to find anything. The store is pretty unorganized. We were looking for school clothes for the kids, and all they had were crop tops in the girls' junior section. We had to go over to the men's section to find full-length t-shirts.

Decently clean store, long lines but the cashiers were in it! Line moves quickly. Fitting room attendant was super sweet and attentive.

Great prices however the store was a MESS it was hard to shop the racks were so packed and it just seemed like I was shopping at Ross
Staff was unhelpful when I pointed out a pricing error which ultimately led to me not purchasing an item.
