I have been using MaxSecure for a couple of months during a hardship in my family and I have been so relieved that my family's possessions were somewhere safe. The staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. For example I was having difficulties accessing my unit on a Sunday and the owner himself answered. He was very helpful and polite despite being off that day. This isn't the only time MaxSecure has gone above and beyond for a now loyal customer.

I have had a Storage unit here for over 5 years. This company is a local owned company so customer service as well as Security is Top Notch!!
The facility is very clean and well maintained!
I've never had any problems with bugs or mice.
Very reasonable rates!!

When I was looking for a storage unit on Shade Lane in Wichita Kansas I was very impressed with the help that I received. Talk about wonderful customer service. The lady behind the counter Treva was very thorough very polite and had the best customer service. Because of my experience I would highly recommend this facility.

My company transferred here after experiencing a break-in to our storage unit at IStorage. This storage facility is significantly more secure via facilities and procedure with more accommodating and friendly staff members!

These owners will TAKE what you store there! Period. They don't deserve any stars at all!! I am homeless and worked last summer for them also.I was allways on time with my rent,and sometimes I paid in advance for extra months! None of that mattered.They gave me a 10 day notice to get my stuff off the property! They over-locked it at 9 days and moved ( or entered and removed all of it) to another unit! Just to get more money out of a person that can not afford a penny more! They own a bunch of storages across Wichita,and are building more,so,if you value those heirlooms,and second cars,and keepsakes from grandma,GO someplace else,or mark my words YOU'RE NEXT!!!!!???

This is the place to go if you need storage in Wichita! We kept a classic car here for 5+ years and just pulled it out to get it on the road again. I was amazed that there were no signs of insects or rodents! The facility is very well maintained and the lovely lady at the desk is so kind and helpful. Great rates too. Thank you for keeping our car safe.

So far so good. Units are clean and management owners are outstanding. Started a new rental lost the key left a message and was amazed at the response time. Good people here and the units are clean and the property is clean. Sometimes I wish they were open 24/7 but, no they know what they're doing. I was impressed several years ago seeing that businesses are able to arrive in the morning to pick up their equipment and be ready to go to work. The premises are utilized very well.
