Why doesn't McD fix their app? If you choose a deal or reward item but then change your mind, the app makes you wait 15 minutes before using the app again even though you didn't purchase anything. Come on now, in 2024, that's the best computer technology available? This is frustrating, and I can't see why this issue hasn't already been addressed and fixed to promote customer satisfaction!

Horribly overpriced. They've jacked up prices to insane levels simply because the people reading this are often too stupid to refuse to pay it. Stop being sheeple and vote with your wallet. Food pricing here is twice what it what was two years ago.. blatant profiteering. Stop paying it and they will lower pricing.

I was convinced to go because of a deal offered on the app. Drive-up line was packed so I went inside to redeem. Multiple attempts to redeem at the register and a manager brought over. Told I’d have to wait 12 minutes to redeem the offer or pay more without the offer. No recovery given for the inconvenience. Left without food.

Ordered online, got to store, and heard "we are only accepting cash, out online is down." I said I ordered online, come back in like 20 minutes or so. Was flabbergasted and said okay and just left. Can't cancel order nor do anything, they have my money. Can't cancel order. I literally have to watch and make sure I'm not charged for this. Looking into lawsuit.Dietary restrictions: I literally have to fill this out for a complaint?

I stop here often with my grandkids. The food is fresh and good and the service is quick and friendly are usually get takeout but my grandson doesn't like onions and my granddaughter doesn't like condiments and it's always right.
