Nick was awesome. He took care of my mom yesterday and then I went in today. They are all nice there and don’t try to talk you into everything they can (that happens a lot as a woman, makes me not go back to places.) Definitely recommend!

Upon arrival was not greeted by technicians; all were sitting inside the office with the manager until I walked in. No other customers were around. They took 45 minutes for an oil, oil filter, and engine air filter change. One other customer arrived during my time there. They ran the other customer's invoice against my card instead of mine. I had to return to the shop to get it straightened out. Part of the "system" was down so I was not able to obtain a receipt for the debit transaction on my card. Required another 15 minutes including a phone call from the manager to another office. In the end, the manager signed my final receipt with the applicable reference order number. Three days later the debit posted on my card. Not coming back.

Told me they were going to do a coolant pressure test but then just did an engine diagnostic and changed me $60, when I did it for free at autozone. Then wanted to charge me $200 for a thermostat, when it’s $40 at autozone. I’ve worked at this Meineke and will never take another vehicle to them. They rip you off

This place used to be ran really well and now it’s trash. I got an 80$ high mileage oil change which was supposed to include tire rotation. I marked my tires and they were clearly not rotated. Then they left such an oil mess on the undercarriage that I have drips all o er my driveway. Done with this place. It takes one second to wipe down with a rag.

Went ahead and gave them 4 stars this time. The usual manager wasn't there that day. It was a very long wait. Compounding that when they were done and truck was parked outside. I had to wait another 15 minutes to pay and leave because whoever was in charge that day was telling techs about left cars there and what to do while I stood there waiting to pay. I gave up and went back to waiting room. But in al fairness. When a different manager was there. I got great and fast service. My usual guy called me early the next morning to let me know I left my coat there. That was great customer service

The service, and advice was great during my visit. I have come to trust Meineke far more than other establishments. The only reason I didn't give the fifth Star is due to cost of having my oil changed. I really shouldn't complain, however, since I could do it myself...yet I don't

Good people. Knew what they were doing. Sadly, I did not use them as their almost 300% parts markup was too much. I did think the labor rate was fair.

Took my car in to have this belt replaced and my original mechanic was busy for the holidays. When l picked my car up my check engine light was on l stopped by my mechanic shop and he told me this repair with parts and labor should have been under $200 the part was $53 dollars. l was charged $436.83. Also they didn't put any fluids back in my car after Nick pointed out to me all of my fluid water antifreeze etc had ran out on the ground. When the hose broke. So l was over charged and very low quality work l would never take my vehicle here again ?

Everyone was very helpful. They were busy that day and I didn’t have time to wait for my alignment but I will go back to have that done just cuz the experience was good and went smoothly.

My son brought his car in because it was overheating which ended up being the thermostat. They added things on to the tune of $1388.14. They had to take off the thermostat housing to replace the thermostat which meant they had to remove the upper hose. They put on a new hoses at $101 labor. The labor for taking the thermostat housing off "2 bolts" and replace the thermostat and gasket was $254. They say they charge what the book says but sometimes you have to use some common sense. They even cleaned the engine $81. They just kept stacking things on knowing he didn't know anything about engines. I told him that he should not have even taken the car there because they are rip offs. A few years ago, I took my wife's car in for a brake job. It was roughly $400 and within 2 weeks the brakes were making all kinds of noises and hard to stop. I took it back and when they looked at the brakes, they said that some of the parts were installed wrong and that mechanic no longer worked there. They surveyed the damage, and it was going to run another $300 because it damaged the rotors and they guy had the nerve to ask me if I would pay half. That is the mentality of these people. $$$$$. They will never see any of my families' cars in there. I wrote the corporate office and heard nothing back. That is how they treat their customers.
