I wish we had Menards in Texas. We traveled from Fort Worth Texas to Whichita Kansas to purchase two garage doors. Their price on the doors was almost $800 less expensive than at our north Texas big box home improvement stores. The service was great, the employees were over the top friendly and helpful! The store itself is super clean and we'll stocked. Great prices and deals throughout the store. To the Menards Senior Management team, please open a store in north Texas,!

Looking for an item that they supposedly have 17 of in stock. Not one employee could tell me where they were. The store map didn't even show where they were hiding.

I was standing in line and the guy at register #5 at 6:20 pm 7/20/25, cut in front of me, turning his back on me in a very rude manner. I had to go to another register, where a girl was very polite. Some of the ppl need more training in customer service.

If you are looking for customer service help. This is not the place. Decent prices and they carry everything, if you need something for your patio or your construction/repair. This place is a good bet.
The cashiers are chatty when they finally acknowledge you. *see my first comment. 😉

My last few visits here have had such poor customer service that after waiting 15 minutes for your cabinet guy to help me I have decided to cancel my Menards account and will not return, I'm sure a big box company like you wont care, but I at least want you to know you have permanently lost my business

Store is huge, has a wide selection, but also limited inventory, and not as diverse as you will find in other places.

Did an online order and part of it ended up being separated that we had to pick it up and put it in our cars ourselves but we needed some assistance once we arrived and Justin, without hesitation did it all for us. Bricks, soil, sand and more. Thankful for his kindness, attention the detail and ease of service. He deserves a little recognition!

Terrible customer service. I had to carry four Adirondack chairs to my car because none of the customer service reps would help. I couldn't even get a cart to carry them out in. (My other cart was full.) Not to mention they don't honor their sale prices.

Had a great experience working with Josh in building materials doors and windows department. He was very attentive to what I needed to complete my project, which took many emails to get the details coordinated. He took the time to do the research to find the details required for the project. Got screwed by Menards. Got a great deal from sales help. Told him that I want it . Try to pay for it .This was 5:00 on Sunday afternoon . Didn't have a 20ft trailer with me. Tried again to pay for. I live 20 miles away .Showed up Monday morning to pick it . They were loading on somebody else's trailer. What a piece a crap!!

Great store, BUT they have 200 employees standing around in the way until it is time to help load heavy stuff in your vehicle. I have been literally waiting 30 minutes for a forklift to load pavers.. they could really improve on this.
