Love Meritrust, HATE this location. Small, never enough help. No tables around to do your business in nees be. Unfortunately this is the closest to my work. Do better at this branch! Standing in line for 30min with no apology for the wait is not cool.

KALIN COLLINS went out of his way to provide top notch customer service to me. Prior to his assistance after opening an account I was on the verge of closing it because of being lost and confused. KALIN single handedly changed my mind and helped me figure out and understand multiple issues. He exemplifies the standard all people in customer service should aspire too. Great Job Kalin!

The ATM jammed and kept my money on March 13th. Even with video evidence they’re still taking forever to return my money. It went from 24 hours multiple times, to 5 days, to now 90 days on me waiting on my money that was jammed in the ATM.
I did not know how much money it was because I’ve never had an issue with the ATMs miscounting my money or jamming up and I’ve been a member for years.
They did credit my account but not for the amount I told them I believed it was (I undershot it purposely because I wasn’t comfortable with accepting more than what I thought it was without proof).
I do feel like they’ve been pushing it back on getting resolved hoping that I’d forget about it but I won’t. I don’t like nor understand why it’s taking nearly 4 months to return missing money for a member.
One thing I can say, the employees inside this branch are amazing and helpful. Irene has been doing the best she can but unfortunately this situation is above the staff inside this branch.
5 stars for the staff at Prairie Village.

My husband is constantly getting his card flagged for fraud and they never call they just shut off his card and it’s nearly impossible to get someone on the phone after hours to turn it back on. They ended up not fixing the issue & sent us to customer service numbers that kept saying they had no access

I wouldn’t recommend this bank to anyone all they do is lie, and when they say you did too many disputes, when that’s not even true and now they won’t give me a explaination y If I were anyone, I wouldn’t choose this bank I will choose a different bank

Credit union of America is a very respectful knowledgeable establishment don’t waste your time with these people unless you need a auto loan. Oh & if you have an existing line of credit they’ll delete the entire loan to simply increase your limit which hurts your credit immediately after due to the year of payment history erased.
