Not a whole lot of phones to choose from. Employee made the switch easy for me. I also got T-Mobile internet which is working great.

These people sold me a $200 phone 3 months ago but it was 4G and now here it is today and that phone apparently is Obsolete and isn't even worth more than $20 because now everything is 5G which goes to show these people basically ripped me off instead of selling me a $200 5G phone they figured they would sell me the last of their Four G's I will never go back to this location again because all they care about is Commission not the actual customer pretty sad if you ask me

I have never experienced the hospitality help from any other phone service like i have at Metro Pc. The whole staff is very informative, and approachable especially Amanda. Amanda is great and extremely knowledgeable individual, she always goes over and beyond for customers.~In the interest of impeccable service ~
