I have had by far the worst customer service experience with metro pcs. I came in trying to get 3 total lines. I even had port Ins. I was told my number was eligible then the manager lady left. Then the associate tells me I can't port in my 3 lines. So the iphones I wanted were going to be so high. Then I get two Samsung 14 that I truly didn't care for. Then I try and add on a tablet and case she proceeds to tell me in addition to the 120 I paid for both phones I'll need to pay another 400 for 2 cases and a tablet. She put my account under the name April. Im not April never gave that name

This place can't do anything for you but sell you a phone. They can't troubleshoot any issues let alone fix any issue. They are just girls at the counter selling phones and accessories. Don't expect anything else...

I am truly shocked by the good reviews. I have nothing but terrible service here. I live in the country so this is the closest to me. I have been with them for 3 years and wanted to get new phones. Apparently metro doesn't do upgrades. First phone company I have heard who doesn't. Everytime I am in this store it is one lady who seems irritated she has to help us. Get her some help so we can get some actual service. I am done. She is NEVER nice.

I just went into this store because i did not have a service and also that's what the agent said to me to do in the customer service online, it might be the sim card problem. I told the store associate that i have no service. She started talking like asking my phone number and the pin like she doesn't want to be there. The way she acted to me is so rude you can tell it through her movements. But of course she was saying the things that needed to say to help the customers(in a snobbish way). I know there are security cameras inside and if you gonna watch it you can see how snobby she is. She's not trying to figure out what was the cause of having no service. After she checked my phone she said, "well it is the phone. It is not the sim card". So i told her that it might be the sim card because that was the agent told me online. And she said, well, we can try(still in a snobbish way). And the problem was my sim card. I do understand that she might be tired but acting like that in your customers is not nice. I dont think the customers will gonna go back to your store if you act like that. So snobby.

I was 100% satisfied with the level of customer service I received from this business. It was over the top, and I highly recommend doing business with this establishment. The sales agent and management were very professional, and assisted me greatly. I highly recommend this location. They will professionally assist you with all your cell phone needs.

Useless employees who couldnt give me a real reason as to why my phone could no longer receive picture messages and could no longer access internet through mobile data. Told me to call customet service which has been unhelpful since the beginning. Was hoping switching to metropcs was a good decision. Apparantly it was a mistake, just like all the employees being hired at this location.

Cami was absolutely wonderful, I found something else that worked out for me, but when I was there asking questions and the like she answered everything with a smile and was just generally an amazing experience, I was able to walk away with my questions answered and in a happy mood.

I was told that I could trade in my phone if I didn't like it ( since the store was out of stock of the phone I wanted) within days. I took back the phone later the same day and was turned away because the manager had left. I went back two days later, was told that I only get half of my money returned and they couldn't trade me for a phone I liked. I wasted over $100 because the employees lied to me.

Dude sierra is freaking awesome it took some time but she helped me with everything I needed she was very patient with me and any cx that walked in she made my day easier than I wished for you need more people like her working for the company
