Literally the only store worth going to. Thalia was the BEST and the only one who was able to help me out of three stores. She was willing to stay after hours to help with what I needed. GIVE HER A RAISE

I had been with another company that starts with a B for about 10 years and they are just so tiring and exasperating so I decided to choose Metro it was a very fast switch, I was in and out, there was no line and I was very happy with the service I got today. I can finally welcome myself I to the 21st century with 5G. Plus I got a new phone for free :) and free is always good.

The young ladies working at this store have great customer service, Brenda took care of me. She switched all 4 of my lines over to new phones and she was very friendly,fast,and detail oriented,she also put all my protective glass on all my phones and I was only there 40 minutes,I've had the worst customer service at the west location so I would recommend to all my friends to go see Brenda at the 21st location
