I am highly pissed with the customer service here... they will mess up your accounts and switching Sim number to other phone line on account and then when you question them about it, they will blame you about your account and then want you to pay more money to fix the account they messed up... the short Mexican lady is very rude azz hell to ppl and then when you get JAZZY back with her, they want you to leave store.. I will be taking my service some where else..

If I could score a 0 I would tried to go in to cancel my line and they told me I have to call the number. How can talk start service in store but not cancel it? I don't wanna talk to them foreign people who I can't even understand. And then the lady was more then rude with an attitude and a smirk. As I walked out the door I said thank you so much for your help (sarcastically of course) and then she sends her little big man out behind me just to tell me to leave the store ...when I was already outside. Very unprofessional and unwilling to help. I will gladly switch to Verizon.

Long wait, not friendly, didn't seem to know what they were doing. Kept trying to charge 160.00 for service that was 24.00.

I am not at all impressed with the expertise nor do I care for Metro pcs. I have had nothing but problems out of them. Me personally I would go to someone else who knows what recovery mode is and how to respond to someone who knows what they are talking about.

This is my favorite Metro PCS location. The reps are very welcoming even when they are busy, they have A #1 communication skills throughout the entire process! They move pretty fast while helping customers with a wide range of issues. If you are on a budget they will find a way to make it work perfectly. They are always kind and knowledgeable about everything there is to know about the phones, service, and accessories.I have been a Metro PCS customer since 2016. My children's phones are all on the sane line and it's the cheapest family plan I have ever had. I love it!!!

Its funny they are so respectful and helpful well how is it you refuse to answer the phone after many calls trying to get ahold of anyone at the store. Then when it is answered after the 3rd call she says hello you reply hel- then the employee hangs up on you how is that nice customer service. ?

Went in to add a line we were the only ones in there and one of the girls working not only added the line I wanted but added a line for her self and tried to hide it. Well guess what not happening
