My experience at this store was good. Very helpful, friendly, and patient employees. I had came in a short time before closing, both employees did a great job thoroughly and quickly. They were socially entertainingly too throughout the process, which I appreciated very much lol, given how I unintentionally came in so close to closing time they were nice about it. I chose one of the prepaid plans. So far, it's been 3 weeks and I am happy with the service and the better signal. I recommend giving Metro a try.

What you need to do is basically take a left just before the QT on Central and Oliver. You see this store. You walk in and you ask for Maria the store manager. She’ll help you get exactly what you’re looking for. Great customer service!

If you go here ask for Andy he was THE BEST! His customer service skills were so on point and he helped us with literally everything we needed plus more y'all, go here if you have metro service or if you are wanting to switch!

I’ve been a MetroPCS customer for A very long time and have been pleased up until my visit to the store last evening, it was right when they were closing, so I guess I’ll give her a break for that. My Apple ID was hacked and I knew immediately I had no access to another trusted Apple device or Mac computer to regain access and was not sure what to do. Went into this metro because it’s fairly close to my house and I’ll admit I was a little bit in a panic. And let’s face it at this point there was really nothing that metro could do, but I didn’t realize that. What I expected, was for a point in the right direction a suggestion to get in contact with Apple a phone to make the call to Apple something anything but what I got was, A woman who basically thought I was crazy and wanted me the hell out of the store. I don’t normally leave reviews like this, but I was in extreme time of need in this MetroPCS worker was a major letdown. I will most likely leave MetroPCS based on this alone. I have not regained access to my Apple ID and all is well!

Customer service told me to go in store to get a port out pin since my phone is broken, the people at the store said they could not do it.

Employee were horrible play have a girl named Gwen there she is blonde hair she did not activate my phone in front of me and she did not try to call my phone to make sure that it works very rude

Bought a new phone , case and screen protector. Tried returning the defective phone 3 days later... have had nothing but the run around. No communication . Went as far as to email the person that responds to poor emails before leaving this review]]]]] no reply .
