Rude staff. I tried to return a phone for trade in and was told I couldn't because the box was damaged. This was after calling profusely to no avail and finally going in twice before I saw the "head manager" supervisor that "runs" eight other stores. She said it was past the allotted time to return and I explained that I had been trying for days and that the agreement I signed says otherwise. She then said I needed to call 611 and I dealt with them instead. When I asked for the agreement I signed and for her to show me where it says the return agreement she stated it varies from store to store and she makes the rules! Was told I couldn't return a useless charger the employee sold me when I asked multiple times if it was a micro charger and type c charger I one as I needed both. It wasn't! I bought two phones here the second time to avoid hassle as I need one for work and stuff. The employee on first phone spelled my last name wrong on receipt and second spelled my first name wrong. SLOPPY! Also, both times I asked for a moto and
THIS IS IMPORTANT
I was told the moto was out of stock both times so they could hustle other junk phones on hand and meet quota? I don't know. I realized this when they told an older gentleman same thing who eventually walked out because they were lazy and false. I finally went down to street to t mobile and switched to them for free, as they own Metro and I haven't had a problem since.
My mother still uses metro but goes to the one off central by old hobby lobby and Abby is all the help in the world. Great customer service!
Haughty supervisor was outside of store speaking on full blast all of her personal and private business affairs and said she was going to try and move Abbie because she wasn't meeting quota or "hustling" like she should. Customer service has gone to hell in recent years.
IF YOU NEED HELP WITH METRO AVOID THIS STORE THEY ARE THERE TO MAKE SALES AND WILL CHARGE YOU FOR THINGS OTHER STORES GIVE FREELY TO GOOD CUSTOMERS AND WILL HELP INSTEAD OF GETTING GRUMPY AND TELLING YOU TO CALL 611. BETTER YET SWITCH AND UPGRADE FOR FREE DOWN THE STREET WITH T-MOBILE LIKE I DID!

I purchased a phone on 12/ 15, ported a number, service was never activated. Went back and called everyday for a week. Was told the phone number that was ported didn't go through
No one ever returned our calls. After 9 days of trying to get them to get our phone activated we took if back for a refund and were told tjey could not give us a refund because the device was free and tjey don't give refunds on service, but we never had service. Stay away

Horrible store always a hour wait, store full of people, and the manager is stocking shelves, interrupted the hard workly young lady, and asked her to do something for, never once did she come to the register, SO UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy

Great service and friendly, effective staff. I came into this store once 1 minute before closing time. I felt guilty but it was a desperate see stretch. They gladly accommodated me and gave me information and service twice as good as expected. I recommend this store for anything.
