Horrible store always a hour wait, store full of people, and the manager is stocking shelves, interrupted the hard workly young lady, and asked her to do something for, never once did she come to the register, SO UNPROFESSIONAL and lazy

Great service and friendly, effective staff. I came into this store once 1 minute before closing time. I felt guilty but it was a desperate see stretch. They gladly accommodated me and gave me information and service twice as good as expected. I recommend this store for anything.

I'd have given the location five stars if after leaving, the manager would have handled my issue like she said she was going to. I bought a hotspot router and ended up leaving with two additional devices. The clerk, and also the manager of the store told me to go ahead and pay my next months bill online, to save the $5 in store fee when paying a bill. I agreed, and specifically asked about prorated charges that would include the three days that I had the new devices, and the interim days before I would need to pay my already existing bill. Imagine my surprise when the prorated charges are still on my bill. I called customer service. After being given the run around by them, saying they did have a documented call from the store manager regarding the charges, they then told me that I was informed in store that the prorated charges would be valid. If that had been the case, why would i waste my time calling about the charges?? In the same breath the agent thanked me for being a loyal customer she basically called me a liar, and only after telling her that I knew the store manager called did the agent agree that she had proof of the initial conversation. I despise being told one thing and then having to followup on the situation because someone can't do their job correctly.

Very dissatisfied. Told me my phone had been hacked. Told me I had to buy new SIM card, that didn't work. Then told me I had to buy new phone. This new phone is 10 times slower than the phone I had to begin with. I'm very disappointed that I had to wait 2 hours for something that is way slow. There were several people that was told that someone hacked T-Mobile and the customer has to pay for T-Mobile problems. It's not the customer's fault. We were notified to push a button to update our phone's, and T-Mobile makes the money by selling us a new phone. This should have been payed for by T-Mobile. I was in store for approximately 2 hours and people came in left and right complaining about there phone. Got 1 email from them to take care of problem. Central and West Street never emailed back with solution. Straight burned me and God knows how many other people they ripped off that day. They knew there was a problem with their system and charged the public for there problem.

Not very friendly, watch your bills closely you may be paying for options you didn't choose. Not real impressed at all. We will be switching carriers soon.
