There was a store employee that was trying to charge $300.00 for a monthly prepaid mobile account... Seems like he was trying to take advantage of a deaf woman instead of letting her pay the phone bill. There's no reason to be charging that much for a prepaid account. Wow👀👀

I try to go in and pay my bill every month and they always lie and say their system is down because they don't want to help me but if I wanted to buy a phone they would help me. They sold me a phone and the battery keeps overheating and they don't want to help replace it

Lying, disrespectful, not professional at all, manager was NO help at all and they even charged unauthorized amount to my card. DO NOT VISIT THIS STORE. They will lie, steal, and show nothing but horrible customer service. Also do not listen or trust their national customer service department either. They are also liers, gave me the run around for 2 wks, not helpful, and extremely disrespectful. Will definitely either switch companies or locations. I am tired of big businesses taking advantage of hard working, disabled, or elderly people. Shame on you!!

The sold me a home internet box that didn’t work. Tried to exchange for a new one and they told me it’ll be another $25 when the device gets here. They treated me like it was my fault the sales lady complained about having to do the work to order me a new one. She pulled out the same device from the back and told me I couldn’t have that one because it isn’t in their inventory.
