The attitude at this store is ridiculous, rude, don’t seem they want to help the gentleman that was helping me slammed the new Tablet because the update was going to take forever, customer service where? I hope management definitely steps up.

I paid my bill in person. The manager seemed okay but she failed to give me the store receipt as proof of my payment. Of course, my phone was disconnected the next day. When I called and explained the situation, I got a total runaround and was told nothing could be done without that receipt she failed to provide. She claimed I never came into the shop and paid because only one man came in...and he had \\\"Downs Syndrome\\\" She chose to describe a customer based on a perceived disability. That was inappropriate, and she was wrong. I was that customer and I have a neuromuscular disorder of the neck and face. I will never return to this establishment again!

Tried returning my phone with a defective screen and was accused of trying to make a false claim and that I damaged the phone myself. She never looked up my account or anything and my phone had not one single scratch on it. Called customer service and was told this is the worst store in town. I believe it too..BTW, I will never go back to Metro after this incident. I was a previous customer for 5 years and never made one false claim or any claim. I'm going to a better company who treats customers respectfully

I don’t care where I am in Wichita if I need the metro store for whatever .. catch me at this one ☝️ the employees here are knowledgeable and are always trying to help you get the awesome deals metro offers from 10% off a case or screen protectors or whatever ..

I told them to make my bill due on jan 1 they didnt now want over 21 after spending over 200 on 4 lines just to do a extension i dont have the money till wed now i will owe activation and charges just to get line back on.

The manager there Zak Fabiola was fantastic! He helped us out with a frozen phone and instead of trying to just force the option of buying a new one he fixed it. As other employees there had done the opposite before. He also was friendly and very sociable during the time of waiting for this process to occur. So if you ever got to go get a new phone i would highly recommend them at this location. Hopefuly your phone wount freeze up on you, but if it does Zak just might be able to fix it.

I upgraded my fone turned out fone was a pos. Would die while not in use. Went in and they wouldn't let me pay difference to get a different tone told me to open a new service or file for warranty to only recieve same pos. Now in out $$$ and have no fone.

Excellent experience. The two gentlemen who helped me with my purchase were very friendly and knowledgeable. One even stayed beyond his shift time to help since they were setting up 3 phones. They also let me know of additional discounts I was eligible for on top of the really nice deal I had originally gone there to purchase. They took the time to switch everything over from the old phone to the new on all 3 phones which does take a little time when X3 and is most appreciated. Thank you both for all your help and the awesome customer service you provided. I'm glad I made the switch over to metro.
