I came to Michael's because it said they had graduation wrapping paper, and when I asked for help to find it. The lady was rude and she said they didn't have any. But on the website it showed they had some in stock, and she wouldn't check to make sure. She kept saying they didn't have any.

Hard not to love a craft store for me. Only complaint I have is a small yarn section so if you are looking for yarn, I would suggest the Michaels on Greenwich.

The manager Megan is extremely rude and disrespectful. As a UPS drop off location, Michaels lost an envelope of mine with over $30k in retirement checks and refused to watch video or provide any help. Very dismissive and walked away and ignored my pleas. It would take an act of God to get me to shop here again!!!

A little confusing on the set up and the sales signs, but tons of good deals! Friendly and courteous staff. The checkout seems a bit odd. They only directed us to the self checkout, which we don't mind, but be prepared for that. While there an elderly woman was a bit upset and confused with it and another lady was having trouble because of a language barrier.
