Not timely delivery whatsoever for a simple shirtOrder and ends up not even having the stock necessary to fulfill the order. A simple shirt order doesn’t take three weeks to get processed and done. Inventory and shipping management needs to be fixed badly.

I've always been satisfied with Midwest Single Source but a recent experience helps underscore their superior customer service. I ordered an HP toner cartridge from Amazon with a next day delivery guarantee. I ordered the same cartridge from Midwest Single Source later the same day. The item from Single Source arrived first by several hours and was cheaper too. They never let me down.
