This place is amazing. The instructors are incredible. I would not have made it through cancer treatment without Jessica and I now live pain free because of her. I also love their mat classes. Overall could not recommend enough.

Move up Wichita has helped me and my family exponentially, and Jessica is so perceptive and caring. She helped my understanding of my body grow significantly, and really explains things as she works with my body to create balance.

When it comes to body mechanics and an understanding of not only functional movement, but also why you're not moving as functionally as possible, you couldn't place yourself in more competent hands. Highly recommended.
