Newport Wichita Apartments offer spacious one or two bedroom apartments in a private, gated suburban community in Wichita, KS. The community features a 10-acre lake with a walking path, great for fishing, relaxing, and walking with pets. The grounds stay clean, including around the trash bins. Apartments are comfortable, have some storage, and the area is quiet. The leasing office staff are wonderful, with a team described as the best. They are great at answering questions. Maintenance is prompt, resolving issues right away and caring for homes as if they were their own. Residents feel very safe and note the community is a very nice place to live. The amenities include a 24-hour fitness center and social events like ice cream parties. Neighbors are friendly. It is a community where residents are proud to live.
I love my one bedroom one bath at Newport! The grounds are very well maintained. Not to mention the pool has been great this summer. If something ever comes up or I have questions I never hesitate to stop in the office and talk to Olivia! She is great super friendly, kind, and understanding.

Maintenance response to issues has been fast, but communication is not great. To get a new AC unit took way too long and I am paying for it with my electric bills now.
