Rudest retail employees I’ve met. Nobody acknowledged us the whole time we were in there until checkout, when they had no choice. Two employees (I think a manager was one of them) were yapping by the front door and pretended we didn’t exist, even though we were the only customers in the place. We walked past multiple people and I felt like I was an inconvenience being in their store, and was uncomfortable even asking them questions. As a former retail worker who’s also in my 20s, this was an insane experience. Happened today 8/19/25 at 3:30-4pm ish.

I recently shopped at Old Navy and found some decent clothes for my nieces and nephews. They typically have good sales, which makes it a great place to find quality items at reasonable prices. The staff was helpful to me, though they could improve by approaching customers more proactively to see if they need assistance. Overall, it's a solid shopping experience with room for some customer service enhancements.

I love Old Navy, their clothes are of very good quality, but their workers are not, today I had an unpleasant experience, since a girl was racist when she told her that she did not want the card and when she heard me speak Spanish
