Food was good but table needed a deep clean. The grooves in the table between the tiles were full of caked on food. Very unappealing.

Essentially Mexican food made for an older American food palate. Salsa is pretty spicy, but the food is bland. Too bad, because they used to be quite good. Don't know what happened.

I always enjoy eating at on the border on maize road! The food is excellent! The service is awesome! My bartender was very helpful! Thanks on the border!

Service was terrible! Didn’t get my drink until my food came out, had multiple servers help us, bugs crawling on the wall.

My wife and I went to dinner tonight and we set in the bar area. Immediately we realized they were short handed and only had one waiter in the area. We understood that it was not his fault and he was trying the best he could. He brought us chips/salsa and we gave him our drink and food order. Hoping that would help him out. After about 15 minutes and not receiving our drinks. My wife went to the bar and asked for our drinks. The bartender was not pleasant at all and eventually brought my wife’s margarita. She said they were out of Michelob ultra and I requested a coors light instead. After drinking the beer and waiting 15 minutes and still not seeing our waiter I went to the bar to get another beer. She had an attitude with me and explained they were short handed. Eventually, our food came out. My wife’s food was cold and made incorrectly. My food was also cold. The waiter again said he was the only waiter and to be patient. I explained I’m not paying for cold food and drinks that I had to get myself. He sent the manager over who again said they were short handed and I told maybe he should have helped him out or sent other servers over. The bartender was doing nothing and the manager was wiping down tables. We also saw three tables get their food before us. Another couple who was never waited on spoke to the manager and said they were going to another Mexican restaurant because of the poor service and also mentioned the manager was wiping down tables and not helping serve the customers. Ridiculous and unacceptable!!! Will not be back.

Really bad experience here at OTB. Took 10 minutes before we had to wave down a waiter to get our orders. Ordered fajitas with a perfect patron margarita and wanted the duo guacamole and queso. They ran out of patron and avocados. Got the fajitas and they forgot the sour cream and the beans were soupy. Told them of the issues and just said they would do better next time. Probably won’t be a next time.
