Seems like I'm not the only one - same guy, heavy-set short-hair guy with a bad attitude. Don't need customers, I guess? These stores are all over the place - most will help you or order online. But stay away from the one here in Wichita. Terrible, rude service.

Went in to return a drill that was not strong enough to do job and Cj the store manager said he couldn’t return it and that he wasn’t going to return it. He accused me of using it to get job done and then wanting to return it. Felt like he stereotype me. This is the reason why I will not go to another Oreillys. Their customer service is terrible. I should have went to first but Oreillys was closer and I needed to get my vehicle on the road. If the drill was powerful enough I would have kept it. I ended up getting something better. I recommend that no one goes to Oreillys if their return policy is terrible and customer service is terrible. Will be taking this up to corporate. Did not like being stereotyped. Just wanted to return items. So much for customer satisfaction.

Both oh reallys were helpful when I'm merdock n Broadway didn't have my part they found it at pawney n seneca oh reallys n one attendant showed me where my fuses were n rechecked my fluids after I had added what I needed so one was even more helpful I recamend them both.And I just walked in 5 minutes before they closed were still very curious n went above n beyond, and shared their knowledge graciously. I even felt the se cond deserved a tip n he was humble about it
