When my car decided to overheat on 254 and Rock Rd, this store was amazingly helpful. Had to spend my last dollars on a new coolant reservoir and didn't have enough left to get a new jug of coolant. Tyler (I believe that was his name) was not only the most friendly O'Reilly employee I've met yet, but was able to find me a discount on the reservoir and hooked me up with some more coolant when I would otherwise be stranded. I cannot speak highly enough of this store!

Went to get break pads refunded for warrenty and didn’t honor the warranty .. has always shopped here but now will be changing the service to some other place ..

Assistant store manager Jace was in another world. When we were trying to talk to him, he acted like he was messing with a part and not even acknowledged my statement of what was wrong. I had to say his name 2 times to get him to look at me to see what I was trying to say. Luckily Gary (another worker) came up and I was able to express my concerns over a part that they sold me at another store that was not good he was able to tell Jace when he came back up front that I needed refund. Horrible customer service from assistant store manager. We will go somewhere else next time.

This is the best oreillys in town hands town! I work for Meineke and they are my first choice when I get parts. Great prices, quality products and the most amazing staff. Keep up the great work guys!

You can go to this location and get your battery tested for free, coming into the fall and winter months you will need a strong and charged battery!!
