“And my 35 years roughly of being in the construction industry predominantly residential, I can honestly say I've never had a bad experience for Sherwin-Williams. I don't always shop there even though I like to it's a little pricey for me but you pay for what you get to. Another customer service on the other end is always been above and beyond the norm at any other stores they've always been professional courteous knowledgeable. So when it comes to Ivan at the store on 31st Street once again when above and beyond that I thought he should have for me and it was just once again great quality customer service they're genuine Ivan was an amazing he so smart. I don't want to go into to detail what he did I'll leave that up to him to decide. I went in on a Sunday or Monday or something like that to order some paint when they said it would be the next day. So I went in the next day to pick it up and it wasn't ready so Ivan told me after lunch he would have it made. Just like I told him the other day when I ordered it so there's no rush I'm not a contractor with an account through them I'm just an average person that just happened to get some jobs here lately painting and without a contractor account so I said if they had other business to go and send to that I can wait till tomorrow. Well tomorrow came I went in couldn't find the paint. Punch speaking with Ivan we've come to the conclusion there was just a simple misunderstanding I probably didn't quite articulate it that will or he and he didn't quite understand it that well bottom line it wasn't made he had it made within 5 minutes but what he did there was totally mind-blowing and it was amazing here so I figured I'd leave a review Tell him what amazing person he is and it's good to have people that still know how to have customer service and a professionals the way they are especially the way customer service has gone downhill nowadays. Not I think about it to be almost 40 years and still great customer service thank you Ivan”
“I was referred by a really good friend of mine . I had zero knowledge of painting cars (as it was my first). Charlie and Anthony helped me so much. Both gentlemen went out of their way to help me. Not only did I learn a lot from them both but I landed a phenomenal job at a friends shop sanding and painting. The paint was a perfect match too!! Keep up the good work and amazing spirits!! “Ive been going to Harbor freight for years just found out about this store last night from the Woodlawn store. I will for sure be going to the Maize rd store from now on. Both employees working this morning were very polite, professional and helpful which is getting to be rare at the woodlawn store. Maize store was very clean and well organized. All the shelfs were full and clean. Store all around is the best looking store in Wichita!”
