I love Papa Johns and have never had an issue like this beforeI ordered online and had a window or 5:57-6:07pmI received a text at 5:39 that my order was en routeAt 5:50 I went downstairs to ensure that I didn't miss the driver since my building needs a key faub. On my way down the elevator I got a notification on the tracking app that my food had been delivered. I called the store, as the delivery had not arrived, and was told the driver couldn't reach me and had gotten my voicemail.I see no missed calls and no voicemail, and told the manager that I was waiting outside the building. I was told that the driver would come back out with the food.I called back at 6:30 when I hadn't seen the driver only to be told that another manager canceled the order when I first called in. Why was I lied to?I asked to speak to the manager, who picked up the phone and said "HELLO?" and within one second hung up the phone.I called back and spoke with 'Jessie' who told me there was nothing he could do, and I had been refunded, when I told him I don't see it in my account, he looked up the confirmation number and then magically it showed up in my pending transactions 10 minutes later.Do not lie to your customers.I do not believe they tried to call meI do not believe the driver tried to get in the building (at this time of day there is a lot of traffic and it would have been easy for someone to let you in, plus there is only one elevator)

We have ordered from this location several times and almost every time we have ordered something is missing. Most generally it is the extra sauces, which are not pricey but they are not free. If I’m paying for something I expect it to be delivered with the rest of my food. I normally just blow it off. Tonight when we received our order the delivery said “It looks like you were supposed to have a beverage but they didn’t give it to me.” I said well I paid for it and the delivery driver said that wasn’t his problem! I said I want my tip back then and he said he couldn’t do that. When I called the papa John’s store to let them know I did not receive my complete order the employee asked if I wanted the money refunded. Well, I PAID for that so yes, I do. I don’t understand why or how ensuring someone receives everything they order and pay for is so hard??? Pre-tipping on the app will no longer be an option. The delivery driver will receive a tip when I make sure I have my full order.

This place is horrible! Why do you even have an estimated wait time?? Like for real? I’ve ordered from this place twice and have had issues. The first time I never even got my pizza, second time I called to see what the estimated time would and got hung up on the first time then recalled and they had me on hold for a few minutes. I think they actually forgot me on the phone cause I heard someone say you left someone on hold… so pizza finally get headed my way and it… finally got delivered an hour and a half later… I got the pizza… it’s cut completely unevenly, it’s COLD, it’s soggy in spots… I’m gonna figure out how to report this cause it’s pretty much a crime at the amount of customers you’re ripping off.

Holy smokes...I hate paying for items I never receive.After it happening for the 2nd time, I spoke to Shanda the Manager. She had them remake the pizza that was not done correctly the first time and promised my extra sauces would be coming with the new pizza.I paid for delivery a 2nd time because it wasn't the drivers fault. But still never received the sauces.I appreciate the free remake of the pizza but don't appreciate not receiving everything that I paid for and will NEVER order from here again.I don't expect perfection from Papa John's but I do expect to receive everything that I order.Edit: I read the other reviews and I can confirm, their pizza is never very warm, even when you order it well done. My 2md pizza wasn't even cut. The other pizza I made sure to cook longer at home because I was worried the dough wasn't cooked all the way through and the mozzarella crust still looked like complete mozzarella sticks.

Based on my experience, the food was pretty good overall. Customer service was not that good. Inside wasn't clean either. Would maybe return and maybe recommend.

I ordered a large thin crust and asked if I wanted to make it extra large for $3 more. I was not told it would not be thim crust. I told them it was wrong. I was not offered a refund or discount for the right pizza.
