This is a fantastic location with great customer service and awesome sales. The cashier is the same lady every time and she is very knowledgeable about the rewards program! Highly recommend this location!

The members that receive trucks are very lazy and rude will tell you they have to do other things around the store before unloading your truck 5 pallets to 1 hour and didn’t wanna assist me because my trailer doors wouldn’t close because the foundation it’s horrible my trailer doors wouldn’t close to put the next store seal on

Willow is 14 years old. Arthritic, grouchy, she's still a sweetie. The staff members obviously love their job!

Manager is unfriendly to say the least. She told me she “didn’t have the payroll “ to allow me to view the animals up for adoption. The store was empty due to a cold snap. When I checked out the manager was at the front gossiping with her employees she was so unprofessional and clearly does not care at all about animals

We were picking up cat pads and cat food, and my son saw a kitten that was for adoption. We asked the grinch of a manager if we could meet the Kitten and her response was if you're not adopting, I don't have the time or payroll to open the door. I guess people are expected to adopt without interacting with the animals.

I am very disappointed in the "extras" part of the purchase of a bath for my dog.
The appointment was for 7am, as it was her first visit we didn't get her all checked in until about 7:08.
I paid for the defurring bath, which included up to 20 minutes of brushing, bathing, drying, nails, and pad trim.
I also added the luxury package, which includes "teeth brushing & breath freshener, moisturizing paw & nose butter, premium cologne spritz, and bow or bandana."
She is bathed regularly elsewhere, and I know from 7 years experience with my dog that due to her undercoat, she takes almost 45 minutes to dry.
I got the call to pick her up an hour and 20 minutes later.
She looked brushed, washed, and was dry. But no salve on her paws and nose, no cologne smell, and no bandana/bow. I brush her teeth regularly, so I don't know if that was done. Her nails were trimmed, but not the hair around the pads.
I was happy with the basic bath portion, but the luxury package was a waste of money since it wasn't done.

Santa and assistant were great!!!
Our 2 dogs did good with them. We also shopped for supplies for 2 cats and 2 dogs. They had everything in stock. There were many sales to help keep the cost reasonable. Plus now I have points to redeem on the next visit.
