Our poodle Chloe has always struggled with severe anxiety. It's been hard over the years to find a stress-free grooming experience for her - We moved to Wichita about a year ago and started the hunt for a new groomer and are SO thankful we found Kay!!! She has such a special way with our Chloe and does such an amazing job trimming her hair & nails. They are VERY lucky to have her on their team!! Thank you, Kay, for treating our girl so kindly, it means so much to us!

Great sales on treats, when I'm in a hurry for the day & have much to do, They make the instore pickup a great feature at no extra charge. Folks there have always been friendly, helpful & just terrific with customer service with customers

Look, I disregarded one bad thing and gave them a second chance...and it came back to bite me.
As far as grooming- I only use the foot shaving & nail clipping service. Early 2024 it was great! But the past couple services have gone down hill.
Last time they didn't select the yappy hour package I asked for (they made up some combo & it was $8 more than normal even though the actual service was the same?).
My dog yowled the entire time (has never happened before) and they forgot his dewclaws...
The time before that he came back with fleas on him. Thankfully his flea + tick is up to date and they eventually died but what's the point of asking customers if they're flea free if you're going to let flea infested dogs in the room??

Loved being able to bring my dog in the store with me and have her try on different harnesses till we found one that worked for her. No more choking herself on the leash!

Staff was friendly and helpful when my son had questions about dog food for a dog with allergies.
