If you require a lawyer you can do no better than to request Phil Weiser as your attorney. He is ethical and honest. We had been trying to get something done through other lawyers for over 2 years and they didn''t seem to care. Phil took over our case and stayed with us even through our separation by contacting each of us to get the case done. He acted more like a friend than an attorney. It was through Phil's perseverance that we were able to get our case settled. Phil did what was necessary to settle the case. I would strongly recommend Phil for all your legal needs.

Our family recently used Mr. Weiser. My son was having medical issues and needed legal advice. Mr. Weiser provided all the necessary information needed for us to make decisions on what was best to do. He handled all the legal aspects of what needed to be done. Contacting him was easy and when he was not available, he always returned calls right away. He was professional, but also friendly and caring. Our family high recommends him. He was a great guy to work with and a excellent attorney.

I felt so nervous when I first went in and sat down. Within a few minutes I knew everything was going to be okay! Mr. Weiser assured me that he would help me through everything. I will recommend him to anyone. Such an honest person that made me feel comfortable from the beginning.

I would give Philip Weiser zero stars if I could. I went to him for bankruptcy and it was established that I couldn't file until April 2021 and I had given him $500 dollars. All we had done was a consultation, which he stated that would be free of charge. He states because of the work he has done on my case he will not give me my $500 dollars back. I would not recommend him to anyone. Beware of him he will steal your money and will defend himself in a lie. I just filed a complaint with the BBB and I am about to contact the Kansas Bar Association. This is really disappointing.
