As an out-of-state transfer, coming in for the third time this week, and all the sudden not being able to be found in the system was OK but when you have your employee “Sky” at the front desk screaming at you that she’s not able to assist you because you’re an out-of-state transfer and flipping you off and throwing pens at you while you’re walking out of the gym that’s absolutely absurdWon’t be coming back to this location when the employees are a joke

GM was so kind to turn me down at the Seneca location because I purchased the week pass at the central location. So, when I went to the central location, the GM was over there. Such an accommodating figure! Your attempts at harassment aren’t going to work on me, pal. I can go to much darker places than you if I need to. Back off.

This location is terrible and I will never set foot in there again. Thankfully my membership is at another location. I signed my son up to have his account frozen since it’s the summer and he is out of the state. I was still charged for his membership after I did this, and when I called to find out why, they told me it wasn’t frozen. When I asked why, I was told “it wasn’t processed correctly” on their end. So I asked for them to please freeze it properly then. I was then told I would have to come in and freeze it (after I already did this process online). The girl who answered the phone was incredibly rude. I was pretty shocked because that’s not something I would expect from them. Rude, condescending, and patronizing behavior. I asked to speak with the manager, Brett. I was then told he was “on break”. I waited over 30 minutes and again called them to speak to *Brett*, I was told again, “the managers are on break”. So I decided to just take myself up there in person to resolve this issue. So when I arrived 20 mins later to the *Seneca* location in Wichita, I was told “there are no managers here.” So at this point, the membership was straight up canceled by me. I will never enter that location again and I do not want my son to either! Number one, I was talked to like a child by a child herself, she refused to state her name, I told her she didn’t need to be rude because I was just trying to resolve my issue. That’s when I was told manager was “not available”. So I was lied to, then on top of it the rude behavior. At this point, I don’t want it frozen anymore. We are just gonna cancel it altogether! And that’s what I did!So stay away from this location and the employees that work there. They lie and they are STRAIGHT UP rude! If you are wanting to employ someone who talks to customers like that, that’s y’all’s business and problem. Highly UNprofessional.

Wyatt is a fantastic trainer. He pushes me to achieve things I never thought I could. And the massage chairs are definitely worth the higher membership price.

Great gym. Nothing for the kids really so I switched to the Y. Terrible fees to leave. I signed up for BlackCard membership on my phone for $15 a month. I am now paying $25.99 a month and cannot terminate my contract until I’ve paid for it for 12 months and a $58 termination fee. Be careful what you sign up for on your phone.

I would give it zero stars if I could.I signed a 12 month contract. Life happened and payments stopped coming out. I have tried to cancel the account with Planet FItness, but they wont cancel until the account is current.Thats right. They will continue to charge a card that was stolen, adding return fees, until I pay the balance. At that point I can (and will) cancel the account.I am not denying I owe the money. I want to stop the charges from accruing, they said NOPE!! If i close the bank account, they will not cancel the account, charges will continue to accrue.I just want to cancel the account, so i can make payments to clear the debt. Nope! They want it all to cancel the account. Instead, I will be adding it to my bankruptcy, and they will get nothing.Good plan folks!!
