when you return something and get store credit the cashier should tell you that you can't use the store credit card without also scanning your ID and that also to pay the remaining balance you will also need to use the debit card of the person that the store card was given to. They have 4 self checkouts and none of them take cash. There were 2 cashiers at customer service and a line of customers

BUYER BEWARE Measure for the store's special order of quartz and carpet have excessive overage. Our initial HD quartz quote measured 82 sq ft to order, from 2 different competitors with same given information only 55 sq ft. Same experience w/carpet, paid the $50 for them to measure. told at time we had 491 sq ft, HD said we needed 663 sq ft. actual only 540 sq ft from PROBLEM; Pay in full upfront ties up $$$$ of your dollars. PROBLEM: do not provide customer with actual measurements they input in their system. Competitors print and provide. REMINDER; NOTHING IS FREE. Overage covers cost of said specials.

Friendly , helpful employees. Clean store. It had all the stuff we were looking for. Found 2 employees to help guide us where to go. When we got there, saw another employee who would have been able to help us if we needed it! Self checkout was easy.

We bought a washer and dryer and were asked when we purchased the items which way we needed the dryer door to open. We let the very nice lady who helped us know which way that we needed the dryer doorto open and she said that would be done for no charge before delivery. The washer and dryer were delivered but the door on the dryer opened the wrong way. We let the deliver men know and they couldn't fix it while they were there and said that an LG technician would have to fix the door. My dad has CALLED Home Depot NUMEROUS times to get nothing but the run around getting told by several people at Home Depot that they were going to get this fixed and they would call him back. He has done all the calling with NO help or CONCERN from Home Depot. On top of this, they want to have someone from LG to come out to fix the door on the dryer and use our extra warranty that we purchased. WHAT? the warranty should not be touched. This item was purchased with the intention that the door would be delivered on the correct side. What happened to good customer service and honesty!? It's all about the money So sad to be loyal customers for years and now won't ever make a big purchase with them again!!!!

Never answers the damn phone it's been three days flooring department never picks up the phone when they want you to buy their product when you have them come out to measure they call you every freaking day but when you need to call them they never answer the phone three days three days

Dick (name) at the pro desk service behaved pretty rude. He asked if we had a phone sale and moved us to the desk in front of him. After minutes of waiting he says " I told you to go to the other cash register" as soon as we move he offers to cash out another gentleman that was waiting behind us. Not sure if because of our race or what but definitely not coming here anymore

Went in looking for new countertops and waited for 30 minutes for someone in the section, just to find he didn't even work in that section. Turns out nobody is even there to work countertops, so we just had to leave. Guess Menards is the better place.

OMG I just had my dishwasher that I bought delivered and the guy flipped out on me took my hoses wouldn't give them to me. He was in my house for 2 minutes to drop off and was supposed to take the old dishwasher but didn't do. I asked him to give me my bag with the hose and he wouldn't do it. I said I'm going to get you fired and he was like no you won't. Their name is Max & Son and he must be Max is why he said I couldnt get him fired. He was mad because I said I would not sign the papers before I got the kits I bought. He then said ok we're done here and threatened to take my dishwasher and refused to give me the hoses to hook up my appliance. Apparently he's Max and that kid with him is his son so probably I can't get him fired but I we can let people know not to use his delivery service. He was in my house for less than 5 minutes and was totally rude to me. I was like OMG no you're not going to take it and get the hell out of my house. Anyway it was the worst experience I've ever had in my life buying a dishwasher from Home Depot. Wichita doesn't need to have anything delivered by those people! I almost 60 yrs old and was all alone so he knew he could treat me like crap. Honestly I am afraid he could come back and cause me harm. I think he may be on something.

Raegan was awesome in helping me set up terms on a new mower. I had talked to her on the phone previously and because she was so knowledgeable and helpful I was hoping I would get to work with her in the store. I did and was not disappointed. Thanks! -Purchased at 8:00 PM and free delivery at 7:00 the next morning. Nice!

Home Depot, after multiple contacts with the store manager, did nothing to correct the damage done by their contractor. The store manager refused to take my calls. Terrible customer service! I rated one star only because negative stars were not a choice.

We ordered a sliding glass door in December. When it came in,we stored it in the garage until spring (March). Took it out of the box to install it only to find they had sent two stable doors, no slider. We called and emailed Anderson Windows where they came from, sending photos of the doors they sent. They told us to call home depot and have them reorder. We did so, but several weeks passed, and still no doors. We emailed again only to find out Home Depot had not ordered the door, but finally did so on June 22! It came in and I picked it up July 13 only to get home with it and have no door handle or lock. We will not be doing any more of our remodeling through Home Depot.
