So helpful in all areas. At 65yo, I'm not techno saavy!!! Yet, both the manager & the computer face lady were so patient & kind with this whole process, which I gave up on after the first 4 hrs of trying. So, I went in person. With their help, was done in less than 10 minutes.

I rented a storage online (locked in discounted price) ...next month they added insurance..ok no problem as it's required. But just got bill this month with 34% price increase!! ?.. if this is not fixed I will be moving my stuff out!! Scandalous!! I was contacted by Stacy & got a 3 month increase delay in order to figure out my situation. Changed review to add 2nd star for her hard work. Moving out is still a possibility. Update: 34% price increase still happened, removing 2nd star.

I had been renting a large unit and was downsizing to a smaller unit. I had contacted Regina, the site manager, and she was the best at getting me to where I needed to be with everything online and guiding me through the what, where, and how to do it all. I can't say enough about her excellent help. Highly recommend her as a great person to deal with. She manages 2 facilities here in Wichita.

So here we are a week later the gates of this Public Storage is still not fixed. This is freaking ridiculous. It cannot be that hard to fix his freaking gate so customers can come and go as they need to. According to your agreement. Another wasted trip to Public Storage where I cannot access. This is the third time I've been denied access in about two weeks and I cannot believe these freaking gates are not fixed bullshit turning into the worst place ever.

I rented a storage unit on Carey Lane after a very unfortunate and transitional period in my life. With nowhere to put my most precious belongings for a long while, I dreaded them being in an old dusty storage unit.Bouncing back and forth on good and bad financial times, Angie with Public Storage has stayed in close contact with me. Helped me in the best way that she could. And kept my belongings safe. I am so thankful to have someone who listened without judgment and guided me on what to do next to keep my things from being lost forever.Thank you, Angie. Your service to the public has not gone unnoticed by me!

Angie is awesome! She is always very helpful and really knows a lot about her facility. I would definitely recommend this site to all of my friends and family who are in need of storage in the future.

My location was manned when I got the unit. Then it went to a kiosk. They drill locks before 30 days of which you HAVE to pay for in the first place because it has to be a cylinder lock. To get your unit unlocked, you have to make a appointment. This is a headache. To top it off, getting someone on customer service was impossible unless on a kiosk. Even they can't get ahold of the individual that is in charge of the location as they don't work but 12 hrs a week. Maybe other locations are better but W. Carey Ln location is NOT recommended.

Rent goes up every year. Too expensive. Couldn't cancel on the website, it wouldn't work. Couldn't cancel on the automated system, it wouldn't work. I finally got to transferred to someone who I could barley understand and she was clueless

After a couple of years of renting a storage shed here, I had to end my rental agreement due to money issues. I paid my next to last month on Friday, and was told they would unlock my storage shed that day. My access code was not reinstated till Monday, so the best 2 days of that month I did not have access. The next month I was threatened with cutting off my lock and items sold by the 15th if I did not pay. After I paid, and gave notice, I removed everything by the last day of the month, and shortly before 10 am was assured I was done and all was good. At shortly before 5 pm I was contacted about stuff left in the storage shed. At 8 pm when I returned my access code was turned off. That night I got a notice that I owed 500 dollars plus another month's rent. Sure. rent here, and if your health and wealth lasts well, all is good. There is no way to contact this company about a complaint. I will not risk it again!!!

Thanks to Remington over at the Carey St Location who makes storing things and using the app SUPER easy. Fixed many problems i had with this place since renting and this isn't even my location... Tho maybe it should be! Awesome customer service!
