Didn't know they moved. Will not be going to the new location on Emporia. Too complicated to find a parking spot. Park in the garage or in a lot across the street then walk to the building and go up to the 3rd floor. I don't walk so good. I liked the office off 29th much better. Could park just outside the door.

Absolute horrible customer service. Used this company over 3 years, not a single time they’ve had time awareness and squeezes in bunch of walk-ins before appointments. They not only refuse to choose to fix their management, the lady ‘Africa’ chose to yell at my mother for giving her feedback on such issues and told her to get out. If Quest can’t do a better job on interviewing your employees’ personalities, either she’s getting fired or this company can shut down its last building here.

I appreciated everyone that I came into contact with at the site. From the young lady at the front desk and her greeting everyone as they came in, to making sure the lab orders my doctor made was accurate. I will say, that was the quickest end efficient blood draw I have had.

Ok, the women at this Quest location are absolutely amazing! They are so kind and patient. Wonderful customer service and so so friendly! Thank yall for taking care of me and being so kind!

Definitely recommend making an appointment online. Otherwise you might be waiting awhile.

Overall, this was a good experience. Directions ahead of time where the office was inside the building would have have made the experience better. The tech had a very positive attitude and was very nice and knowledgeable. I will use them again for any outside lab orders.

Great lab experience even though I really hate having blood drawn. They got me in right at my appointment time, got me in and out quickly, and it didn't hurt. And I got my lab results quickly. Friendly and respectful staff.

It was difficult to find the location. I had forgotten the suite and there was no information on the first floor about it.

Poor customer service. You must use the touchscreen to check in because the staff wont help you. Terrible facilities. I have seen bedroom closets that were larger and better maintained. Unreliable equipment. I am not sure their medical equipment has ever been inspected or calibrated. This facility would fail an inspection if ever investigated. Take the extra time to commute to a place that deserves your business.
