It is the second time I have bought a sandwich and it is very poorly served, they do not put any chicken, only cheese and a lot of bacon, in addition to ordering an extra chipotle sauce and they do not give it to you, very bad service in the food area, you pay for nothing

I understand that it is late, being currently 2:47am at the time of writing this, but the state of this store this morning is just annoying. There are no roller grill items whatsoever either cooked or in the process of cooking, every single coffee station is closed except for the decaf and Vienna dark roast, and the side doors are all locked despite the signs on the doors saying they are required to be unlocked while building is occupied by order of the fire marshal. Any one of these things would be fine if not slightly annoying, barring the fire code violation, but the combination of all of them is just not QuikTrip standard. Frankly annoyed. If you are out and about late on the south side and need a late night snack, pick a different QuikTrip.

QuikTrip provides a consistent experience time after time after time. The store is always clean, the wait is minimal (If there is a wait at all), and their food is convenient yet tasty. Added to that is a staff that is always happy, always friendly, and always doing their best to help make your stop as convenient, quick, and friendly as they possibly can.

Roller grill seldom stocked, tonight, 12/6/2022 at 7:30 pm there was 3 frozen hot dogs, 2 frozen jalapeño cheddar sausages, 4 stale rock hard buns, and a hodgepodge of other roller grill items, none at a temperature that should be served to customers. There seems to be a lack of management at the store, dirty bathrooms, empty coffe pots, employees horsing around and ignoring customers. Not a good look for QuikTrip.

I made a trip to QuikTrip and brought some stuff, husband goes to open a lemonade 2 liter and. He notices stuff floating in the bottle of lemonade. And I tried to call and no answer. This will be my last time making any 2 liter purchases.
