I met a friend for a movie this evening that was to begin at 6:45. Upon arriving, we pulled out our gift cards to pay for the tickets and were told that the system has been down since they opened up this morning at 11 and that we could only pay with cash. When we ask White if anything could be done or if we could be comped the tickets a lower manager said didn't think so, middle-management said they could, and the overall manager said there was no way, and there was no way with as many people that had been in today that the movie could be allowed to watch without our pain. I had suggested that they put big signs on the door saying cash only and the overall manager appointed to a sign where you purchased the tickets. Very poor. Customer service as far as I'm concerned.

I'm 60 and I look it. Ridiculous I have to show my I.D. to prove I'm over 21 for the 21 theater. A little common sense should be allowed for the employees. They quit selling tee also. I guess they didn't make enough profit charging over $5.00 for a large tee. It's sad to see this place failing. Kevin

It is completely ridiculous that the cost for a movie is $17. Visiting from CO we were excited to see Elvis. But no way we are paying that.

The Warren East Balcony used to be the epitome of an A class movie going experience. Since they were by Regal everything has changed. We had stopped going but decided we wanted to see Top Gun in balcony. I understand that everyone is short staffed so thats makes us patient but the service tonight was horrible. They gave our drinks and tried to give our food that we had already waited 50 minutes for to the people next to us. When the wait staff came to talk to the people next to us about them getting our food but not their popcorn I interrupted and let her know we didn't get our drinks and that was our food. 20 minutes after that we stepped out to find out why we still hadn't received anything. They made our drinks then and brought out our food. My husbands burger was cold and the bun was hard and my pizza crust was still doughy. They didn't even discount our food or apologize. I'm sure you have plenty of customers so two patrons don't matter, but you have lost customers who have been going to the warren since the West location opened 1996. They should really take the Warren signs down and just call them Regals.

The staff was warm and welcoming and it was easy to find my theater. I especially enjoyed the cleanliness of the theater as movie patrons don't tend to make that an easy thing to accomplish. The screen was bright, the movie was of good quality, and most importantly I had good lighting when I needed to head for the restroom which wasn't bright enough to affect my movie experience.

Experiences will obviously depend on what theater you go to. The Warren 21 comes with heated recliner seats, and the fact that you have to be 21+ to enter provides a great movie-watching experience for adults. The seats have an attached table, and you can enjoy a nice meal. However, prices are steep for these movie theater entrées. They do have half off Tuesday, and you can get a better deal if you wanna go for a matinee feature.

Every time I've gone I paid extra for the 21 section and every single time they say they aren't serving alcohol. Why do they even have this section? And they charge a ridiculous amount of money for a tiny popcorn and drink.
