I took my iPad in with issues of not connecting to accessory keyboard; Zach and another employee were both helpful and friendly. Zach even gave me some tips on how to get a better connection when watching my church service that was having freezing issues. Yay Ribbit on West Street!

Excellent service, brought in my tower because it was doing some goobery shenanigans after a Windows update and me over her thinking I'm screwed after explaining the situation and all the troubleshooting I've alreadt done to the guys. They plugged it in, maybe hit a few buttons and LIKE MAGIC, the silly thing booted up like normal. Amazing!They answered alot of my questions, and now my baby is as good as new! I appreciate you guys!

First let me start off by saying that they charge $80 to run a diagnostic check on your PC, which isn't bad, but they kept my PC for two days. Within those two days, I constantly had to walk them through the process of how to run the diagnostics on it. Just because I know my way around computers, doesn't mean I want to tell you how to do your job. I paid for THEM to fix it. I gave them info of PC crashing, talked to them about it not being a CPU, nor GPU issue, because I ran tests, and since they have more tools, I expect them to run further tests. They kept pushing me off saying they can't recreate the crashing and says the computers fine, and that it's my keyboard at home probably causing the crash. I told them to check the Event Viewer, and even run a game. Low and behold, the PC crashed and finally they were experiencing the problems I informed them about. They said "It's a driver issue, but now it's fixed." For me to immediately bring it home and for the PC to still crash. I wasted $80, along with had to tell them how to do their job, along with them keeping it for two days, along with the PC still crashing. These guys do AMAZING work!! (Said with extreme sarcasm.) 0/5 stars honestly.

Really lovely local repair shop with knowledgeable and considerate staff, extremely fair prices, and a chill/unintimidating environment. They generously went above and beyond on a fan repair issue for my mac laptop. (West Location) As a bonus they also offer a variety of used/misc parts for sale in-store. I would definitely recommend Ribbit whether you're in the market for something or need a device repaired. Turn at the frog!

In October of 2023, I bought a computer from Ribbit for school.They helped me pick out the best computer for my needs and wants and took time to "dumb-down" the computer terms for me. They helped me set up my new computer as well as back up the new.On February 12, 2024 I noticed my computer wasn't charging. I gave it a day and decided to call Ribbit to see if they had suggestions. They said to try a new cord and if that didn't work to bring it and they would check it out. The new cord didn't work, and rather then find I computer store near me I drove 2 hours because I knew that Ribbit would be honest and help me anyway they could. Long story short they were able to find a c-plug charger. Ribbit was very kind and gave us the cord half off for my trip.I would 100% recommend Ribbit to anyone who is looking for a new or used computer or computer setup. *(side not to all college students: Unplug Your Computer When Carrying It Around!)

I didn’t catch his name, but the nice guy with the mustache removed and disposed of a battery on a laptop we had that was definitely a fire hazard. He had it out in 5-10 mins and no charge! Highly recommend these guys!
